1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HAREVEST, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

HAREVEST is a web-based SaaS dashboard that connects to the Zepp (Huami) API to extract and visualize health data collected by Amazfit smartwatches. The service includes sleep analytics, workout analytics, data visualization, and optional CSV data export.

3. Subscription & Payments

• All plans include a 3-day free trial
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your health data. HAREVEST provides tools to view and export this data. We store your data to provide the service and will delete it upon account deletion.

5. Zepp API Access

HAREVEST accesses the Zepp cloud API using the credentials you provide. This access depends on the Zepp API remaining available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if Zepp modifies or restricts their API.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the HAREVEST service
• Use the service for purposes other than personal health data analysis
• Attempt to access other users' data

7. Disclaimers

• HAREVEST is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice
• Health data accuracy depends on your Amazfit watch hardware and Zepp app
• HAREVEST is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Zepp Health, Amazfit, or Huami
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

8. Limitation of Liability

HAREVEST's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sarmkadan.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
